These specialist paint products are manufactured by Europes leading industrial paint supplier, who have over 150 years of successful trading history.
They are an ISO 9001 registered company.
AVKOTE-LE is applied as a specialist application under controlled conditions to UPVC windows, Doors Conservatories…. In fact onto any UPVC product and many fibre-glass compounds.
Bonds both physically and chemically to the substrate.
Approved by all of Europes leading UPVC profile manufacturers.
Scratch resistant, coated UPVC products exhibit very good resistance to the effects of weathering and fading. All RAL and BS colours are available with a common lead time. Special colours may take an additional 5 days for matching and customer approvals.
Satin finish is our standard, with Matt, Gloss and High Gloss options available. UV protection is available with an optional clear coat/lacquer applied.
With extremely high solids content {74’ /< in all colours} excellent adhesion with sufficient surface flexibility to bend with the substrate. These materials produce a highly durable finish that is virtually impervious to damage. Most colours are 4-5 on the grey scale.
Supply Options
The options are simple and the choice is yours! If you manufacture yourselves, you just provide us with the welded “virgin” frame i.e. free from all furniture, fittings, fur-pile, glazing, with the product having not come into contact with any grease or silicone as this will contaminate the surface and cant be guaranteed to be fully removed in our cleaning process.
All Gaskets can be professionally masked up but there are certain types (usually rehau) that the tape doesn’t fully adhere to and in this instance it would be suggested that the profile is sent free of them.
We request that your company order, giving full details of the sizes and design of your project, a minimum of 7 days prior to you delivering the job to us.
Your order must provide clear instructions of the chosen colour, finish required, and the surfaces to be processed.
You will receive an order confirmation with an expected completion date.
Delivery and Collections are to be arranged by you once your job is completed at our end we will professionally wrap everything for added protection whilst in transit back to you. The packaging tape needs to ideally be removed prior to fitting in order to make sue there are no discrepancies or damage caused via transit.
